Iron Arnie: SIM Edition

Test your SIM skills and get ready for golf season with a 9 hole TrackMan tournament designed to be as challenging as possible! Consider this the indoor version of our legendary "Iron Arnie" event held each fall.

 

Stroke Play Format:

  • This tournament will consist of one 9 hole round - course to be detmined, but expect it to be difficult. Players get one attempt only.
  • Your round MUST be played between March 25 and April 7. The SIM is open daily from 10 AM to 9 PM, and booking in advance is encouraged to ensure you get the time you want.
  • Yardage will be approximately 7000 for men (over 18 holes ) and over 6000 for women.
  • Expect high winds, lightning fast greens, and tough pin placements!
  • Putting will be set to an 8' gimmie distance. This means that once you have reached the green you must continue to put until your ball is in the gimmie radius.
  • Rounds must be completed within 3 hours.  In the event your foursome does not complete all 9 holes, the "pick-up" feature will be used, giving you a Quadruple Bogey on each unplayed hole.

 

Leaderboard Information:

  • Prizing will be awarded to the Gross and Net winner for Men and Women.
  • To be a contender for the Net Champion, players must have a Trackman handicap, generated by at least 5 rounds.

 

Registration Information:

  • $200 +GST per foursome for 2024 Season's Passholders and Winter SIM League participants
  • $250 +GST per foursome for public
  • Public/Passholder/League mix: If your foursome is a mix of league players or passholders and public, please use the public registration fee option. We will issue a partial refund and prorate based on the number of players in your group eligible for a discount.
  • As you register your three playing partners, please enure you are using the email address that is tied to their Trackman account. All players must have a unique email address. If you or one of your foursome do not yet have a Trackman Account, please download the app and set up an account, as this is required to participate.
  • You as the purchaser are "Player 1", and there will be a space on the next page to enter your name and email.
